Something did not work (500) when running app in Test mode

Hi,

We have an iPad app and an iPhone app, but as of sometime late last year when run them in Test mode, a screen with the following text appears:

Something did not work (500)
We are sorry. Something happened and we couldn't complete the request

Is there any way we can get more information as to what did not work?

The iPad app seems to have had its Start Page changed (to the only Master-detail page available); the iPhone app's Start Page is unchanged.

Hello! Could you please clear the cache and try again? What browser and its version you use?

Hi Alena,

Clearing the cache did not help. I tried in two browsers:
Chrome, Version 31.0.1650.63 m
Safari 5.1.7 (7534.57.2)

Hello! It's a bug unfortunately. It's fixed on our test environment and going to be pushed on production around January 18. Sorry for inconvenience.
