Problem on opening a App

When i tried to open the app i get the following error.

When i tried to open the app i get the following error.

Have you tried to clear browser cache, log out and log in back, then reload the app?
Does it happen with only this app?

Done clearing the cache, but still facing the same problem.
I had this problem in a existing app, now i have deleted and created a new app and i am still getting the same error.What browser version do you have?

2 days back i was using with this same browser and it was working fine

Other browsers can limit usage.
