Any ways to deal with below error while generating .ipa file:
ERROR ITMS-90086: "Missing 64-bit support. Beginning on February 1, 2015 new iOS apps submitted to the App Store must include 64-bit support and be built with the iOS 8 SDK. Beginning June 1, 2015 app updates will also need to follow the same requirements. To enable 64-bit in your project, we recommend using the default Xcode build setting of “Standard architectures” to build a single binary with both 32-bit and 64-bit code."

Appreciate your help, struggling a lot publishing appery app to iOS.

Sam,

I believe the answer is in project settings ... Make sure you, in the dropdown for which libraries to include ... You choose the newest.

After that rebuild your ipa and you should be all set.

Thanks for your reply. I believe I am using latest library. Is there any specific additional information you can share? My biggest difficulties are I am not completely familiar with iOS side, and I use my friends Mac, plus his time. His advice is I need to select iOS 8 (or above) for the base sdk and get help from Appery to fix this issue. The entire experience publishing with iOS is so frustrating for newbies like me, especially when the same app publishing on android worked seamlessly. I am afraid rather than enjoying app making, I might shy away from it (big disappointment for me). My apology for long reply.

Hello,

The x64 iOS builds are only supported in Libraries version 2.1 in Appery.io.

Please confirm you use this one.

I'll let you take this one.. Especially if Sam is using the new libraries.

Sam, the only thing I can offer is make sure :

1. I presume you are using the Application loader to load the Appery created IPA to iTunes? Is that correct ?

2. Provided you are using the loader ... Be sure You pointed the loader to the correct IPA file ?

3. Are you by chance loading your builds via xCode ? ( hope not but if so ... Let us know )

How did you solve this? Em using version 2.2 of libraries but still getting same error on itunes?
