Is there something going on with the panel component right now? When I add a panel and then go in to enter html source, it won't let me type anything and there are two smller vertical rectangles just off screen right with one of them blinking. Can you check on it?

Not aware of any issues.
Can you post a screen shot or tell us how to reproduce the problem?
Here's the html editor both with the blinking ox on and the blinking box off. And I can't access anything to enter code.
Try clicking on WYSIWYG tab, wait until it loads and then switch to the HTML tab again. Let me know if this helps.
Same problem. I was using firefox, so I went to ie to see if the same thing was occurring. Got this when I tried to open the project:
Ok just tried to type. Won't go in grey area, but when I entered it in white area I found it way down page in vertical box on right side. See below.
