Please, our suscription nas been canceled by Appery.IO without prior notice of payment fail.

Why Appery.IO don't notify us by email problems with the payment and why Appery.IO cancel the account without notice?

How we can recover the suscription and our projects? There is a way to recover it?

The payment has failed and you have not reported us. !? (unbelievable).

Is there any way to pay and retrieve our projects? We have lost our projects?

Projects are safe. When the payment will be done, you'll see them in a list.

Unveilivable, we paid $225 instead $108 because you have not reported us the problems with the payment and now......our projects are missing !?

I have just sent you an email directly. We are really sorry for inconvenience.

Thank you Maryna, I'm very satisfied with the Appery.IO platform and with the support aswell.

But, as you can understand, after having been tricked by Appery.IO in the renewal of my services,we are really angry with this misleading and unfair commercial conduct.

An email should have gone out telling you that the payment didn't go through. It goes to the person who paid for the plan. Can you check again? Could it be it ended up in spam?

Also, we are working on adding a grace period where this will not happen again.

Not Max, we don't have any mail, in any folder. When we had paid the $225 we received a mail (or two), and it was not spam, and we received the emails of support, and they are not spam, and we receive emails from Exadel announcing how wonderful is the company, and they are not received as spam.

We've had a unfortunate issue with a credit card and other vendors (like Pushwoosh and others really wonderful companies) have warned us and have helped us, all of them, and none of them have taken advantage of this situation for collect more money, except Appery.IO, which canceled our account quickly for collect more money.

You have your $225, we have our projects. That's all.

I do not wish to discuss this further, It has been a unexpected and unpleasant surprise for us. (Further up on the road.....)
