Update/Rollback lost cause? Do I simply delete my application or will you fix it?

I've waited four days since this mishap and it is starting to feel like you had rather I just delete my app and start again. If not, give me a time frame that I can expect this to be corrected so I can move forward again with my application.

The mistake itself was bad enough. But the time it is taking to correct it only makes it worse.

Don't ask me to repost my images and explain what is broken ALL over again. You have all that info already.

Hi Dave,

We are so sorry for delay. Currently we are working on script which can fix projects with problem like that. To fix projects there should be deleted mapping on some screens and unfortunately you would need to restore it (do mapping again).

We are going to have these projects fixed today. If script won't help, I'll make sure we fix your project manually.

We reported the other bug about events.

Once again sorry for inconvenience and delay!

I shared the app with support to see that the test page is doing what it did before in that it is not loading correctly. See illustration in above post. You are free to look at this to figure out why as I opened another instance of the recovered backup and that one is working just fine.

My current revision is working to my satisfaction. You can close this blog. Now I need help figuring out how to disconnect from the appery.io database and make it work offline.
