Copy and pasting from external source into Tiggzi JS editor, html editor works fine.
The moment you copy anything within Tiggzi editor.. You can no longer copy from external source and past into Tiggzi editor !
Closing project and restarting did not correct problem.
Logging off did not correct problem..
Closing browser and killing the browser process is the only thing that clears it.
I did not update flash...
I did not update chrome browser.. Or Firefox...
This Problem did not exist before Today's update to Build: 3.5.3.2131 (Sep 25 2012)

Can you post the exact steps to reproduce this problem as well as the content you copy & paste. Also, what's your Flash player version?

Fine....
CHROME Browser Test
1.Open existing project
2.Create new custom JS click event for a button.
3.Entered... "// test code"
4.Opened windows notepad.

1. Typed in "My Test Paste".

2. Copied notepad text and pasted into custom JS . (Works fine)

3. Opened existing notepad txt. Copy some content, paste into custom JS. (works fine)

4. Copy text from custom JS into note pad (works fine)

5. Copy text within custom JS and paste in same JS (works fine)

6. Copy more text from notepad and paste into same custom JS. (FAILED)
   It pastes the previous step 9 text.

7. Now you CANT copy and paste from any other source into Tiggzi JS code editor or HTML editor or any input field in Tiggzi until complete close of browser.

   FIRE FOX Browser Test
   Same Test results. Except When I closed Tiggzi custom JS window and re-opened to try again. Copy and paste started working.
   But now you cant copy text from custom JS into notepad. !
   The right click "Paste" option is Grayed out. (No Clip board Contents) Ctlr-V Nothing ...

   Copy paste still works on everything else except Tiggzi
   Flash ver. 11,3,31,331 installed in Chrome
   Flash ver. 11,4,402,278 installed in Firefox

   BTW. I made a test flash program with dynamic, static, and input fields.
   Test ran in chrome browser as a plug in . There were no copy or paste problems.

   I hope all this debugging time will help you more than it has for me..

Hello! Could you try again please (clean the cache before) and let us know about the result. I can't reproduce it.

Cache cleaned.
Even uninstalled chrome, flash. Reinstall.. Same Problem !
I test ran 10 or so Flash forms with text fields all over the net. Copy/Paste worked fine all other sites except Tiggzi.

Im not the only one with this problem...

We couldn't reproduce this problem, we tried on exact the same Flash version and in the same browsers. We don't do anything to copy and paste - it's handled entirely by the Flash player. See if it works when using the mouse, right-click and then copy/paste.

Really? Ctrl c/v verses. Mouse copy/paste....
Nope ! no good either.

Seems strange I only have this problem on Tiggzi

I will continue burning more time trying other avenues I guess.

It's a different problem. Once in a while copy and paste stops working but it doesn't freeze the player. Closing and reopneing solves the problem.

If you didn't previously copy paste from tiggzi's js editor, copy paste works fine from outside source to tiggzi. Its not working if you did.

I'm using Firefox now so that Tiggzi is usable.
Did a lot of testing and sent you all I know. Nothing more I can do because you claim copy and pasting isn't a problem.

Google chrome updated itself on the same day (sept 26) as Tiggzi...
Bad coincidence I guess...
After testing Tiggzi in Chrome On 4 different computers I found The new Chrome update..Pepper in particular to be the problem...!
Im sure other chrome users will have the same problem soon.

Here's a simple fix For others..

1. Enter this in your address bar. chrome://plugins/

2. Find the Shockwave Flash plugin and DISABLE IT. (see image)

3. Now (for simplicity). Open Tiggzi app builder and open an app. You will see a white screen with message saying no flash player. Click on the small text link.

4. Download and install new flash player.

5. Now enter " chrome://plugins/ " in address bar again.

6. IMPORTANT! Click enable & always Allowed and then Disable the Pepper Flash version pepflashplayer.dll ( See Image for the way it should look)

7. DONE ! Now chrome uses installed player not the faulty Pepper version !
