I can not install the app from itunes, I always get the error "app not compatible for this iPad."
If I install the app with qr code everything works perfectly.
The version of iOS 7.1.2 while dell'iPad is the version of itunes is 11.2.2
My project is already shared with suppurt.

I had already read that post.
I put de UIDeviceFamily Both to 1, 2. I changed the version and also the label to be sure to see in ituens the correct version of ipa .

Could you please delete your app from itunes and then add it again and then try one more time.

How do I delete from itunes? I have to then export a new version?

Could you please let me know if you can install your application on other IOS device? Also please check haven't you mark some services which are not available on your iPad, for example 3G?
