when I install my .apk on tablet pc with ICS 4.0.3 and run it for the first time, there is no header/footer/navbar ! if I tap on screen, it appears correctly and next time all OK.

I tried tiggzi('mobileheader1').show() etc. on device ready, but nothing happens. I also checked if that elements are :visible and it shows visible, but I can't see it on screen.
