Footer Back Button

I think an option to create a back button in the footer, like in the header, would be a great idea.It is not exactly the standard anymore, but I like to put a menu button in the top left of my headers so that doesn't leave much room for a back button up there, and on the right just looks ugly.

Off hand, does anyone know the code to make a custom back button that works just like the header back button?

Hi Jack,
Footer back button can be created programmatically

Thanks for your reply Pavel. Yes, I am sure it can be done programmatically, but so can a header back button. I am suggesting this as an idea, not a problem. Just for ease of use.

I still would like to know how to program a back button like the one in the header (dynamically takes you back to the last page you were on).

Hello Jack,

We'll forward your request to our developers, but most likely it won't be realized as we already have this feature. You may search code for a back button function online, for example here:
