iOS Push not working

I am unable to send push notifications to an iOS device. I have uploaded a good cert and password. When I send a notification I get a message saying "Sent Successfully" (see screenshot); but the device does not receive the notification and the Scheduled Push Notifications list has this error message (see screenshot).

I tried clicking production and sending but the same issue occurred. I tried deleting and loading a new cert but that didn't work either.

Thank you very much for the help,

Hi Jake,

Could you please check if the device correctly registered in your database 'Devices' collection and if possible please show us screenshot.

Hi again,

in fact, that iOS device appeared in the deviceID table once only at the very first time after installing the app.
I got the here below error msg

Image

apart from that:
. all other functionalities of that app work fine on this iOS device. it can query the DB and get responses, ...
. the other Android device can appear and receive notifications,

any idea based on that error msg ?

thk you,
Eric

Hello Eric,

Most likely there is some problem with the certificate for push notification, please check it.

hi Evgene,

thks for checking, I have just reissued a new certificate and reuploaded in push tab, unlinked the DB, relinked, change the API key, ... reinstalled the app, ... however still the token remains undefined unfortunately.
I checked what happened to my appery fellows on other undefined token threads but i don't see anything help full.

wld you guys hv any further idea ?

(beside this, it works very well on android. even though I'm still trying hard to make the filter's constraint work).

thks in advance,
Eric

Hi Eric,

Could you please share your app and your DB with us we'll check it on our end.
As we can't reproduce it, pushes works correctly for us.

Hi Illya,
Thks for your time. Do believe things work on your side :)
my app and DB are both on share.
App name : o2o4pw
DB name : mybnoteDB

if you need to test the service, pls proceed as follows:
1/ start screen: press button in "Collector Forum",
2/ on forum page: press bottom left button "new msg",
3/ type a msg in the top input control,
4/ send by pressing the top right button.

that works fine with my 2 android devices but not still not with the iOS since for this latter token remains undefined :(

thks for you guys' time,
looking forward to receiving good news,
Best,
Eric
