Hi

I have setup Push Messaging quite a few times and it worked perfectly.

I now have an issue where I have setup Push. No devices are registering at all.
I have verified that my sender id and API key are correct and there are no white
spaces.

If I can recall, there use to be a checkbox in App Setting to Enable Push Messaging? I cant find this checkbox.

Where do I tell the App to receive push messaging?

I do not see anything in the Android permissions except for WAP push messaging?

Please help.

I did and it still does not register.

I recreated apk and uploaded to Playstore and did an update.

1. Please advise. Do I need to recreate an APK once I link a database? I did but did not make any difference.

2. Some forum posts say I need to enable Push in the App? Where? I dont see any place to enable Push within the App. There used to be a checkbox in App Settings to do that. It is not there anymore.

   I then tried my original and relinked the database I want to use, created an APK. Uploaded to Android but it still is not updating.

   If you intend on using push, does it mean you have to link your database 1st before you upload theapk first time? I hope not. It will be disasterous as the app is live allready.

PS. When I create a test db and linked it. My app crashed on login.

Automatic device registration does not work for me

Here are my push settings:

I did "Undo all changes", closed App builder, re-opened it.
Then built an APK not in release mode.
Installed it on Nexus 5 and I see that device is not registered in database.

codeconsole.log(window.PushNotification);/code
shows that plugin exists.

Hi Mandi - For AngularJS app there is no auto-update function as it is for jQuery Mobile projects, you will need manually register your device -- please check our tutorial here: https://devcenter.appery.io/tutorials...
