When I upload an html document to the file table it adds 3 characters to the start which are not on original. This is the first part of the file where you can see the 3 y type characters.

These appear on the document and I need them removed. Any ideas?

Hi. the link to the file is in my initial post. If you take a copy and remove first 3 characters and then upload again the issue should be reproduced.
