Hello,

Please clarify, did you enable push notifications and set it's certificates/keys before exporting and installing the app to the device?

Hello -

What are you getting on the device? Have you defined any events for troubleshoot your push initialization process inside the app?

Here you can find how to make events for push initialization in the app: https://devcenter.appery.io/tutorials...

If you working with AngularJS builder version it is important to keep in mind that you need to make an initialization service in your app, after which your device should be registered inside your database.

We highly recommend to walkthrough this tutorial step by step in our AngularJS section here: https://devcenter.appery.io/tutorials...
