Push Notifications Not Received

Push notification does not work for my app on my iPhone. The 'Initialize' and 'Register' are both DONE, but 'Message' remains as 'label'. I reuploaded the p12 file for several times, even changing the password, but it still does not work. I left the Android column empty because I'm focusing on iOS now.
Also, the 'Allow push notification' prompt did not appear on my device. Is this normal or it should pop up like all the other apps?
Thanks.

Hi Chris,
Could you please clarify, this works on Android and does not work on iOS, right?

Hi Katya, I have not test it on Android. I am only focusing on iOS so far. I am unsure if it works on Android.

Chris,
You should set "Allow push notification" to enable Push.

Hi Katya,
Where should I set that?

Hi Chris, please check if the Push notifications is turned on on a device. Are you getting Pushes in other apps on your phone?

I only tried it on one device so far. Is it normal for my app to not display this permission prompt: http://wwwimages.adobe.com/www.adobe....?
Thanks.

Hi Chris,
Yes, it is certainly asked for the application with Push, but only the first time.

The thing is, the app doesn't ask for that at all, which I suspect is why push won't work on my app. How do I show that pop up asking for push permission?

Hello! Sorry for misunderstanding. You don't need to 'Allow push notification'. You have to receive pushes without it. Please check your app, perhaps you did something wrong. Please ensure you connected DB to Push. Do you see your app is registered in Devices data in DB?
