Still does not appear to be resolved. I'm getting "Error code SCSE018: Execution of the script has exceeded the allowed time and stopped" when running a server script that ran fine yesterday.

If your server-code using data from collections, then it means that your script doesn't have enough time to calculate all.
Try to optimize your script

It's being very temperamental at the moment.
The service status stay on (pending) for 20 seconds. Then changes to cancelled.
We are very sorry for the inconveniences. We are working on it at the moment.
it seems intermittent. sometimes it works then when I call it again it will stall
