I want to create a native application which identifies if a phone is on silent. If its on silent it sends sms to the caller automatically. Can I build such an APP iwth tiggzi? If so what should be the approach? The app should always be running. Tiggzi looks great and if I am able to build such kind of usefull app, I would like to buy the subscription immediately.

In Tiggzi mobile app builder you start with an HTML5 mobile app. To gain access to device features, we use PhoneGap. You get a hybrid app. I looked at their API: http://docs.phonegap.com/en/1.7.0/ind... -- but I didn't see anything that would tell if the phone is on silent or not
