Google API question - requiring oAUTH2

When using Google APIs should I set up the API as "Installed App" or "Web App" when using tiggzi? If it is "Installed App", how do I get the Certificate Fingerprint (SHA1) that is generated from the keystore? I have found the command to do so on my local machine, but not sure how to do so in the tool...

As you are creating an HTML5 mobile app (can also do hybrid with PhoneGap), the certificate would need to be generated in JavaScript. You can import any JavaScript library into your project.
