Fixed toolbar on top/ and bottom on the page

Hi
i want to create app using Tiggzi which will have 4 page with fixed top toolbar
and fixed bottom toolbar on every page
how can i achieve this.
(on the top tool bar i want display button etc,,)
how to achevive this using tiggzi.
