Do i need xcode and a mac to obtain this provisioning certificate for the app? Can't Tiggzi supply for this? Are you are saying that i have to buy a mac, pay more 90$ to register with Apple and learn how to work with xcode? What ́s the point of using tiggzi then???!
Yes, you still need to sign up for Apple Developer program, there is no way around it. Tiggzi helps you with the actual binary (.ipa) build so you don't need to have a Mac computer.
