Build Error while doing an archive in Xcode 4.5

In xcode 4.5, iPad only app, the build is failing while trying to create an archive where it hasn't been before. The build works when testing in the emulator.
Error:
chown: /Users/myuseraccount/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/PhoneGapTemplate-eselbqzneietxafajxwuhljrpwap/Build/Intermediates/ArchiveIntermediates/PhoneGapTemplate/IntermediateBuildFilesPath/UninstalledProducts/libCordova.a: No such file or directory
Command /usr/sbin/chown failed with exit code 1
