How to paste from clipboard?

I need to implement a "paste" function in my app, something like Ctrl+V on PC. Is it possible?

I need to implement a "paste" function in my app, something like Ctrl+V on PC. Is it possible?
I'm not aware of a way to do it but this functionality should be available from the mobile OS.
