Combination of 3rd party templates and tiggzi app builder services?

Is there any way we can combine a app using the app builder and a 3rd party mobile template by importing it or any other method of doing this.

i.e trying to use something like this http://ritenv.com/templates/preview/b... for front end.

No option yet to import 3rd party templates. An alternative is to build such page/template in Tiggzi.
