Sending photo taken by camera phone via email

I am creating an app which the user needs to enter contact details and take a photo using camera phone then send via email. I already configure the camera API, but not the email yet. Can someone help me on this?!!
I'm on the step where there's email form from Send grid and main form, how to send the details when submit button on main form is pressed.
Email Body needs
-attachment (photo taken from camera)
-user contact details from input fields.
