Well, let me answer that myself after some trial and error

.PNG brother. That's it. .TIFF or .BMP will not work. If you want alpha channels in Appery.io, you must use .PNGs.

Probably, this advice is for authors of applications. Add that the JPEG format also does not support alpha channel.
