Web tester not running correct code?

I've noticed something very odd this morning. I have an app which i've updated. But when testing on the web tester it's not the latest version it's testing, if I test on-device with the tester it's fine, but web isn't showing my changes.
Can someone else confirm this please? I've tried a CTRL+F5 and tried different browsers, but get same issue, i need the web tester to view debug console.
