Hi there,

I am getting an issue on my app where the Google Map is showing the location of the nearby street where as I was standing right in front of the property but the map marker is showing the location a few streets away some times or sometimes next street. I am not sure whats wrong!
Apple Maps are showing the exact location at the same time when I checked there.

Using the app on Ipad with iOS 10 and 4G connection.

Since any one Gps event can vary in accuracy from a very good number ( the lower the accuracy number measured in meters the Better ) to very inaccurate measurements of over 100 to 500 meters.

Modern GPS applications 'throw out ' inaccurate events and sample until a desired accuracy is received.

You can lower ( increase ) the requested accuracy in the request settings ... down to a reasonable number like 10 ... and/or you can colllect several samples and pick the one with the highest accuracy.
