On a master-detail iPad page, there is a line separating the left column and content in the app builder, but this separator does not appear after exporting the project. How can I get this separator to appear after exporting?

Also, exporting and running the app using iOS simulator, the top of the app overlaps with the iPad status bar (time, battery status, etc.) How can I resolve this problem?
