how do you refresh the already added database services? As we continue to develop the application , we realize we have to either add a column or add a pointer to another collection. But we have already imported the service and using the service . Deleting and readding the service would mean we have to re wire the connections etc.. any easy way to just refresh the database services keeping everything still in place?

It depends on what exactly you are want to add to DB or change in it.
