Why is my app not invoking the database and server code service all the time?

I have created a budget app and have tried invoking the service with page load and also page show. It is extremely bugging and only sometimes invokes the service. I have tried invoking all of the services through a button and even then it still doesn;t work all of the time. The link to my app is http://appery.io/app/mobile-frame?src....
