Do you know of any products similar to Appery that let you build websites? I really want to use Appery to make an application

I would like to have a corresponding website that uses the backend data services to avoid duplication. But would rather not have to write the whole site, rather use a visual editor and link to the rest api's my app has generated.

We are not familiar enough with other services go give a recommendation. If you build a mobile web app in Appery.io, you can run it in a standard browser as well.
