Got off on the wrong foot

I mistakenly called my first app NEWAPP so when I tried to backtrack and start over it told me that I had reached the limit and had to upgrade my subscription.
How do I wipe the slate and start over?

Do you want to save some functionality in the app rather than starting it from the beginning?
