Hello, if I subscribe to one of your plans, can I i suspend it for specific time (for ex.2-3 months) and then continue, while retaining all my projects? All i found is backup button but noway to import it back.

Sure you can. All projects will be stored in your account.
If you don't want leave them inside your account - you can made a backup files and import them back:
