Where can I learn more about the capacity, scalability and service level agreements for the database and other backend services? I'm writing an app that may need to scale quickly to 400k mobile users with potential to scale 3x witin 6 months after it is released. I need to be sure the backend infrastructure can accommodate the load and rapid scaling of this app. -- Thank you.
