Yandex Metrica - how to integrate?

There is a nice tool http://appmetrika.yandex.ru/ (a kind of Google Analytics)
How can I integrate it into my app for Android?
I mean there are SDK http://api.yandex.ru/metrica-mobile-s... but I do not like to modify AndroidManifest.xml etc as it prevents further UI modifications...
Could you please suggest/provide a convenient code with instructions?
The best - is just a place where to enter api_key rather to a code to be entered on every page
