How do I add a custom file to a page? ( or make it open using a button)

I uploaded .xml files to my web_resources foulder. These .xml files are quizes in format . I need to add them to a page / or open them using any button on my starting screen. Basically the idea is : 10 buttons on the starting screen, each corresponding to 1 quiz. When you click the button it opens the quiz ( which i already have in .xml ) I can also upload quizzes in .wpq if it's needed. How do I link the quizzes to buttons?
