How to create a formatted list

Hi, on the Delivery Logistics example at http://appery.io/gallery/, the third and fourth screenshot include a list with some formatting for each item (eg, the fourth screen has the customer name in bold, their address underneath it, and an image to the right.), and other gallery examples have similar formatting.
Can you provide some clues on how this is done please? It would be great if there was a sample project you could share...
