certificate file not set

Hi, i done up a tutorial app but couldn't published to apk file. It shows error as below but i couldn't set as the select certificate drop down list does not shows anything :

Most likely build error cause:
The certificate file is not set. Please open the project, then go to Project/App Settings/Android binary certificate properties to set it.
