Multiple instances of a service as a datasource, with different static request parameters?

If I add a single server code service as a datasource to a page multiple times, and give it a different name each time, why don't the different instances each keep their own set of default values for request parameters that I want to set to a different static values?

I've check this , it works for me. Could you post your server code and screenshot with service request tab parameters?
