No way of controlling tabbing in input components

It doesn't seem possible to control tabbing order. There is no tabindex field in the designer and tabbing appears to be controlled based on the order in the Outline box. However, the order in the outline can't be changed. Hence tabbing only works based on the create order of input components, which isn't ideal.
