Get the APK of the project of side loading to device

I read the instructions on this page (http://docs.appery.io/documentation/e...) but I just want to make sure if it's possible to get the apk of the file without having to have to pay $25 from google. I am just testing the app on my device and not yet going to be published on the market place.
I tried exporting it to an eclipse project, but there are errors making me unable to compile it locally.
I downloaded your Appery.io app on Android, while it works ... sometimes ... it always freezes and it takes very long to just get the app.
