Initially created a project called test. Got to working with the system, building a prototype (awesome btw!). Tried to rename the project by clicking the Project: Test link in the top right. It pops up a form allowing me to rename. Upon saving the change I get the error in the screenshot.

the problem has been solved. the patch is deployed in production.
