Where/how is 'where?'

Where does the 'where' parameter come from on the warehouse app tutorial? It doesn't show up when I get to this step and I don't really know how to get it in there.

Please follow steps below:
1 open your list service.
2 navigate to the "request" tab. http://prntscr.com/3nwesl/direct
3 Fill "Enter new parameter name" input with value "where" and click "Add". http://prntscr.com/3nwf68/direct
4 You will get this "where" parameter in the list. http://prntscr.com/3nwfdj/direct
5 Navigate to your service mapping and you will see there needed "where" parameter.
