You'll have to forgive my ignorance here, I'm still learning about this:

in the appery.io export for Xcode documentation:

there are several build target version settings all for v4.3 - for the app, the phonegap template, and the cordova library.

it appears this document is some months old.

Elsewhere on the web I note that apps submitted to the app store should target iOS 7.

Is there any reason the target build version for all of these cannot, or should not be set to iOS 7? (i.e. the appery.io document is not prescriptive, but simply an example and is outdated)
