Parallax effect in appery.in

Hello. I want to create a simple app with the parallax effect. I need to my background scroll faster than some object on the page. When i create a web-page, i use html/css and jquery. This effect discribed this http://code.tutsplus.com/tutorials/a-... but with the background images.
And second question, can i insert to my app this script of parallax http://matthew.wagerfield.com/parallax/ or maybe another?
