I have tried to make this app work by myself, but it has been in vain due to my ignorance of app building!

How do I develop an app for a manufacturing facility where I can enter raw material (name, part number, and quantity) into a database, with a longitude and latitude (approximate location) feature, and a lookup for that material.
I need the ability to manually enter/scan material I find into a database, and then have a forklift driver access the database to retrieve the parts at the location I found them.
