How used geolocation without GPS, the coordinates of over WiFi or cellular network?

If GPS is not available, e.g. in a building. In the building is not defined even approximate location geolocation only works on the street. While all other applications work fine.

Hello Vitaliy,
You should look in service configuration. Request parameter enableHighAccuracy must be set false in settings of geolocation service for you could be able to use the definition by WiFi or cellular network
