list populates with the same value

I am mapping a database query to a list on my app, and the list populates with the same value over and over. The number of items in the list is right, but the values are the same in every row. I'm having this problem on 2 of my 4 screens and I just can't figure out the difference between the two approaches.

Any ideas?
