I need to upload a photo together with other related data such as title and category. How do I link the image which will be uploaded to the file collection with my custom collection that contains the other data?
And then how do I retrieve all so I can display together?

The uploading image file and other data is a separate processes.
You can combine the output from database with mapping in Appery.io, for example here is described how to make image asset with label from the database.
