Android Binary Certificate

im just getting started and i followed the 1st tutorial all the way through, right to the end to see a message "Build Error" most likely cause Android Binary Certificate. I went to Project - App Settings - Android Binary Certificate - drop down menu - but there arent any options in the drop down - can u help please
